Espresso Martini

A blend of vodka espresso, fresh-brewed espresso coffee, honey and Baileys Coffee, the Espresso Martini is a very modern drink based on an old classic, with a clean clear delivery of vodka, rich creamy flavours and a touch of delicious bitterness.

  • 25mlEspresso Flavoured Vodka

  • 25mlBaileys® Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur

  • 25mlEspresso

  • 3Coffee Beans

  • 10mlHoney

1.9 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

  • 1 x Martini glass

  • 1 x Jigger

  • 1 x Cocktail Shaker

  • 1 x Strainer

Method

  • Ice

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  • Pour

    Using a jigger, measure 25ml Espresso Flavoured Vodka, 25ml Baileys with a hint of Coffee Flavour, 25ml espresso coffee and 10ml honey into the shaker.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a large martini glass.

  • Garnish

    Add 3 coffee beans to the top of the drink to garnish.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
